Find out more on https : / / / hk / en / Provide professional SHE advice and support to country / business unit management teams Develop, implement and maintain effective SHE management systems, Risk Assessment process, and country / business unit SHE performance improvement plan Ensure all SHE programs in compliance with SHE legislation, group / divisional policies and requirements Secure and manage financial resources for SHE plans Assess SHE requirements for tender submissions / contracts and supply appropriate SHE information Evaluate and manage the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions taken, and any change that negatively impacts upon the country / business Establish SHE training and learning programmes to ensure all employees have the required knowledge and skills to competently perform their work in a safe and environmentally sound manner Evaluate all SHE progress towards the achievement of SHE objectives and targets Analyse the results of audits or inspections and SHE inspections to identify any common trends / underlying weaknesses in SHE management systems Handle ISO audit and SHE on new business line medical waste management Prepare and communicate accurate SHE management reports for the country / business unit management team(s) Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Hygiene or related engineering disciplines Registered Safety Auditor is preferred At least 5 year relevant working experience Holder of valid first aid certificate Knowledge and experiences of ISO 9001,ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Good know-how on statutory and regulatory safety and environmental Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills Self-motivated with positive working attitude and willing to learn Ability to work independently without much supervision and under pressure Good time management Good written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in PC operation, e.
