Customer Value Management is vital in maintaining HSBC’s position as a provider of world-class wealth and personal banking solutions, directing business development with a focus on customers.

The team works to ensure the most appropriate pricing, products and promotions are directed to the most relevant customers, concentrating on building value, treating customers fairly and creating a superb customer experience.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Senior Mortgages Business Manager.

Principal Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement business plans to achieve business target
  • Develop and maintain close relationships with key business partners
  • Manage end-user financing support for new primary projects
  • Study and implement new product / service proposition launch
  • Review new business performance and related MI to identify insights for business improvement
  • Review customer / staff feedback and drive actionable initiatives to improve customer experience
  • Work closely with different channels to ensure the customer journey is smooth and deliver required business outcome
  • Participate in different ad hoc projects as required
  • Requirements

  • Proven experience of business target delivery
  • Understanding mortgage product and process
  • Ability to drive strategy into action
  • Capability to build relationship across with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Customer focused, results based approach, able to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate flexibility when addressing shifting or competing priorities
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent preferable
  • Strong Presentation skills
  • To be considered for this role, the relevant rights to work in Hong Kong is required.
