Responsibilities :
Drive planning and execution of eCommerce strategy
Drive, gather and understand business requirements and lead strategic pilot initiatives / programs and plan for regional rollouts
Drive business innovation through identification and adoption of business solutions, prioritized business objectives and collaborate with stakeholders to identify roadblocks and challenges
Coordinate, maintain and communicate project meeting agenda information with BUs and various stakeholders / participants.
Monitor and control internal eCommerce projects development to ensure alignment with overall business strategy
Prepare reports and presentation materials for management (eCommerce head).
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements :
University degree
5-10 years working experience as Business Manager. Experience in the securities industry, investment bank or financial institution in a business management role is a plus.
Knowledge of products within various asset classes and services including FICC, Equities, Brokerage Services, Wealth or Asset Management and their execution channels.
Proficient multi-tasker with experience managing multiple day-to-day activities and project deliverables concurrently.
Detail orientated, proactive problem solver with strong numerical, verbal and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).
