Job Description In this role, you have the opportunity to Be a key interface between CMD team based in HKG and JX R&D team.
Prepares and owns the aggregate development program plan for EPCs, RCs, and other JX peculiar categories, coordinating the effort of the IPLs, and handshaking development needs and resources planning with JX R&D leader.
Prepares and runs own projects in multi-discipline areas in accordance with agreed conditions on specification, time, cost and staffing.
Projects have an innovative character. Coaching and growth of JX IPL team members. You are responsible for Prepare and own aggregate development program (Predevelopment, AD, PDLM) for JX specific KA categories, in particular Rice Cookers and Pressure Cookers, reflecting it in the reporting / planning flows and tools.
Support R&D manager in creating regular project / program performance status, variances to plan and identification of corrective actions.
Leading key projects as IPL Interacts with CMD to receive and discuss strategy and turn it into the the program, together with JX R&D manager Working with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Development, Quality, PRC, Sourcing, Operation and vendor) to ensure smooth execution of every stage of the projects Coordinate the efforts of JX IPL team, in agreement with R&D leader, including tools and WoW Interact with Jiaxing factory to industrialize developed products, and / or implement production at selected OEM / ODM suppliers Why should you join Philips?
