Your Role This position is critical for ensuring we provide the highest levels of operational support to our customers, and manage and maintain customer relationships.
You will work towards process improvements with a focus on operational excellence, and support the account owner in implementing new Key Accounts or new business in all verticals.

Your Responsibilities Establish and monitor KPIs and internal data quality for key customersIdentify problem root cause and provide corrective action for problem resolutionMonitor operational processes such as rates administration and handling of quotes, invoices and claims Handle special customer requests and resolve with respective stations or clusters if necessaryCreate and provide various reports as required such as volume, cost analysis, ROISupport new business / project implementations including SOP creation, KPI definition, system solution design, Electronic Data Integration (EDI) etc.
Participate and organise regular performance review meetings for continuous improvement and innovative solutions for key customersAssist in the contract management processes such as credit facility review and account receivable control when required Your Skills and Experiences To be considered, you should have minimum 3 years relevant experience in team or project management in the freight forwarding industry.
Prior exposure to high tech, automotive, industrial or FMCG will be advantageous. You are self-driven and demonstrate strong abilities in problem solving and communicating with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
