Administer the Global commission payroll process under the supervision of the WW Pay comp lead. He / She supports the monthly and daily pay comp operations : 1.

Calculate the WW Minimum Incentive commission 2. Support the terminated sellers enquires and calculate the final commission payment3.

Manage and validate the KSO payment4. Support and calculate commission accrual5. Support and calculate acquisition paymentBesides of above, he / she is required to participate in issue resolution, including researching data in various systems to identify discrepancies.

Provide and communicate resolution of commission issues relating to payroll. Support monthly reporting requirements.Other main tasks include running preliminary checks on HR related data as it pertains to the payroll process such as validating all new hires, changes in commissionable status, move to Part time or Leave of absence as well as terminated agents’ final payment calculation and taking the appropriate action in the upstream processEducation Level RequiredBachelor’s degree preferred.

3 to 5 years related experience.Excellent verbal and written communications skill.Ability to work within a team environment.

Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills;Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Experienced in MS Project, PowerPoint and Word. Strong Excel skills a must.
