Job Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands on analysis skills to join our Change Managementteam contributing to projects and systems to facilitate Clearing andDepository, as well as Risk Management services.

The role is to specify and documentrequirements and participate in gap analysis of new and amended systems. Beconsidered for this role you must have a proven track record of BusinessAnalysis, with strong project management skill within a financial servicesenvironment.

The successful candidate will have experience of delivering aproject within a dynamic environment and a challenging timescale.

Strongability to analyse and document low level requirements, experience variousproject management methods and excellent communication skills are all essentialrequirements for this role.

  • Support the delivery of projects / initiatives of Operations Division, and collaborateclosely with different project stakeholders across teams
  • Analyse business requirements and evaluate options for solution
  • Produce properly structured requirements documents, end-to-end process flows anduse-cases
  • Work with IT, third party software providers / systems analysts to ensure thatrequirements are understood and solutions are developed to fulfill therequirements
  • Assist in defining test strategies and plans, support testing activities, analyse andcommunicate test results
  • Liaise with internal users, external business counterparts, relevant statutory bodiesand participants on different products and services
  • Contribute to timely delivery of the project in line with project scope and expectation
  • Job Requirements

  • University Degree, preferably in business, information technology or related disciplines
  • At least 6 years of experience in financial industry, preferably inwell-established financial organizations with knowledge on clearing andsettlement of cash and / or derivatives markets
  • Substantial experience in project management in various stages including planning,implementation and monitoring
  • Proven business analysis experience on large projects, with testing experience inusage of test management tools such as JIRA is an asset
  • Self-motivated with good written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player and a self-starter, who can proactively engage with peers andclients, take ownership to ensure timely completion of all deliverables
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a team and adapt style to ensure the project is successful
