Handle services and goods ordering, initiate and submit purchase request, complete vendor service order form, and / or to order via vendor service portals
Coordinate with internal parties or other business units to secure commitment on resources allocation
Handle office administrative work inlcuding but not limtied to data entry, documentation, filing, etc.
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
The Person :
High diploma or above
1 - 3 years experiences in administration support
Experience in customer service is preferred
Sound PC and software knowledge
Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Good interpersonal and communication skill
