The RoleAn Administrator / Analyst in Administration Solution will assist Managers in handling day-to-day administrative tasks of benefit schemes.
Performance Objectives : Meet clients’ day-to-day administrative needs with respect to the retirement schemesUnderstand the operation proceduresDemonstrate effectiveness when dealing with clients / colleagues at all levelsEnsure all activities are processed in a timely and accurate mannerFollow and update plan processing and administrative documentationMaintain complete and accurate work papers and audit trailsConduct research on clients’ and members’ questions and plan issuesParticipate in special projects as neededWhat we are expecting from youA Bachelor’s degree holderFresh Graduates are welcomeRelevant experiences in MPF / ORSO administration is an advantageAppreciation of a quick-
