Job Description


  • Manage daily stock replenishment for stores and outlets in Asia Pacific
  • Responsible for additional manual allocation with systematic follow up on each stage of production and execution of order on time
  • Prepare and analyze sales figures, customers reactions, logistic reports and market trends to anticipate product needs, additional demand request and suggest parameter amendments to HQ
  • Coordinate with retail team, merchandising team & marketing team and to supporting in any projects of promotions, mark down and events
  • Work closely with HQ Supply Chain Team to execute the strategy in Omni Channel stock mutualisation with an aim to achieve business strategies
  • Maximize sales & profit by rebalancing stocks across channels, stores and countries and uphold effective SKUs control, develop different plans for slow moving items and ensure optimal rotation of stock

  • Bachelor Degree in Fashion Retail & Management, Textiles or other related disciplines
  • Minimum 6-years solid solid buying or merchandising planning experience, ideally from luxury fashion, sports & lifestyle, or FMCG
  • Possess a strong business and financial acumen with highly analytical mindset to work independently
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate business trends and draw actionable conclusions to maximize business opportunities
  • Experience in merchandising planning for the Asia Pacific market is preferred
  • Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
  • High proficiency in English with computer skills such as MS Office
