ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage daily stock replenishment for stores and outlets in Asia Pacific
Responsible for additional manual allocation with systematic follow up on each stage of production and execution of order on time
Prepare and analyze sales figures, customers reactions, logistic reports and market trends to anticipate product needs, additional demand request and suggest parameter amendments to HQ
Coordinate with retail team, merchandising team & marketing team and to supporting in any projects of promotions, mark down and events
Work closely with HQ Supply Chain Team to execute the strategy in Omni Channel stock mutualisation with an aim to achieve business strategies
Maximize sales & profit by rebalancing stocks across channels, stores and countries and uphold effective SKUs control, develop different plans for slow moving items and ensure optimal rotation of stock
Bachelor Degree in Fashion Retail & Management, Textiles or other related disciplines
Minimum 6-years solid solid buying or merchandising planning experience, ideally from luxury fashion, sports & lifestyle, or FMCG
Possess a strong business and financial acumen with highly analytical mindset to work independently
Demonstrated ability to evaluate business trends and draw actionable conclusions to maximize business opportunities
Experience in merchandising planning for the Asia Pacific market is preferred
Good team player with strong sense of responsibility
High proficiency in English with computer skills such as MS Office
