  • The Women’s Clinic located in Central is looking for a few Customer Service Assistants / Receptionists :

    Job Description :

  • Coordinate patients’ appointment bookings.
  • Answer patients’ enquiries with good customer service skills and telephone manner.
  • Register patients for all incoming appointments
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
  • Requirements :

  • F.5 / DSE graduate
  • Exposure in client services area is required
  • Working experience in clinic is ideal but not necessary
  • Average Spoken English, Cantonese and good command of Mandarin
  • Excellent communication skills and team player
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and proficient in English and Chinese word processing
  • Pleasant Personality, proactive, responsible, independent, detail-minded and ability to work under pressure & multi-task
  • Immediately available or in short notice is preferred
