Lead NRFA’s CSR program in Australia, based in any of ouroffices nationally.In this newly created position you will have responsibility forleading, and driving support for NRFA’s Corporate SocialResponsibility (CSR) program in Australia.

This will involve engagingwith the firms Reconciliation Action Plan and EnvironmentalSustainability working groups. This a fantastic opportunity forsomebody who is passionate about CSR, looking for a role that they candevelop and make their own.

Responsibilities : Design, implement and deliver NRF’A’s Corporate SocialResponsibility (CSR) framework.Promote and lead NRFA’s CSR activities nationally.

Support the work of both the Reconciliation Action Planand Environmental Sustainability working groups.Engage and build meaningful relationships with communitypartners and charitable organisations.

Manage internal and external communication on CSR mattersPeriodic reporting on CSR activities.Budget management.Requirements : The successful candidate should have a strong,demonstrable track record of developing and implementing CSRstrategy, ideally within a professional services environment.

Anoutstanding communicator, you will be comfortable coordinatingmultiple programs and initiatives simultaneously. You should also beable to demonstrate : A commercial mindset, with experience managing and implementing strategy.

Client relationship management experience.The ability to draft corporate communications.Strong networks within community organisations and charitiesThe ability to engage with cross functional teams.

A proactive approach to work and issues management and problem solving.An ability to work under pressure and to tight time constraints.
