Responsibilities of the localisation project manager : Managing translation and localization content projects globally Setting guidelines and deadlines for project completionExecuting detailed project plans to track progressOverseeing the projects, focusing on quality and efficiencyReducing back and forth between various teams, ensuring everything runs smoothly with regards to the contentTracking, reporting and monitoring the performance of the translated content and ensuring it is optimized based on these resultsWork collaboratively across teams Skills required for localization project manager role : Proven experience within project or product management, ideally with a focus on content related projects or translation Excellent English skills and Native in one other language (Spanish, Dutch, Portuguese, German or Russian) would be preferredGood writing skills and marketing content or copywriting experience would be idealExperience working with remote teamsAbility to work across multiple teams under time pressureA driven personality with excellent communication skillsA degree in a foreign language or translation would be ideal
