Rewards Partner (12 months contract)

The role will assist in all aspects of rewards in Asia Pacific, within the Human Resources team, with a focus in championing physical and mental health initiatives in the region.

As part of the APAC Rewards team, you will help shape and implement rewards strategy for the region by balancing a consistent global / regional approach with localized customization.

Key Responsibilities :

Support regional and local end-to-end rewards programs, include but not limited to mental health ambassador program and step challenge initiative

Carry out analysis and reporting including providing advice on data trends

Establish and develop relationships across all HR and the business, providing advice as a regional subject matter expert

Execute HR projects as the human capital needs arise as part of the broader company initiatives

Skills / Qualifications :

  • Degree holder and with at least 3 5 years of compensation and benefits, or consulting, or relevant experience
  • Highly self-motivated with ability to work effectively autonomously and within a team
  • Uncompromising attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Superior interpersonal skills and verbal / written presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong team player, customer focused and able to work with people of all levels
  • Ability to handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
