Caritas Jockey Club Project on Family Solidarity and Mental Wellness

Contract Period : 1-year renewable contract
Requirements :
Registered social worker with a degree in Social Work and ability to speak & write fluent Chinese & English; at least four years of work experience in school social work or IFSC in Caritas Family Service;
strong leadership; interested in trauma work and working with trauma-informed care perspective.
Duties :
1) Supervisory and Administrative
administrative accountability to Funder and Agency
i) Monitor the service progress, budgeted expenditure and service output;
ii) Coordinate the work allocation and manpower arrangement for service provision;
iii) Coordinate and network with service stakeholders for service provision;
iv) Handle staff issues and administrative requirement of our agency;
v) Write up service reports to funder as required;
Service development and coordination
i) Work on integration of trauma-informed care services and VIA to meet the needs of the community :
ii) Coordinate with researcher for an efficient and effective evaluation of the project;
iii) Liaise with and expand stakeholders to promote services of the project;
Staff supervision
i) Provide professional input and supervision to staff to facilitate and maintain service quality;
ii) Solicit professional support on service level to support workers in service provision;
iii) Recruit, supervise and conduct annual appraisal for project staff;
2) Direct Services
i) provide capacity building trainings to other professionals on the experience of the project;
ii)undertake other duties as required by the Agency.
Working Hour :
39 net hours per week; shift or night duty may be required.
Salary :
$43,642 per month (Starting from MPS Pt.16 for ASWO post and MPS Pt.34 for SWO post, commensurate with working experience).
