M800 is looking for a Senior Manager in Network Operations Center.
The Senior Manager will be responsible for directing a team of shift engineer to achieve :
The Network Operations team provides 24 hour a day, 7 day a week support.
The team is responsible for proactive monitoring, problem analysis and resolution.
The team is responsible for guarantee the customer SLA and executes the internal / external escalation if required.
The team is the communication bridge between Customer, Sales, Engineer and external vendors.
Essential Job Functions :
Provides leadership, training, mentoring, coaching, and direction to our network operations team.
From a leadership perspective : Maintains, manages, monitors, and supports the Company's global network infrastructure
Manage relationship with outsourced / partners Network Operations Center (NOC)
Be accessible as an escalation point for operational issues
Degree Holder of Engineering with 8+ relevant experiences
Knowledge of carrier voice service which include VOIP / SIP, SS7, PRA.
Knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of monitoring tools.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and diagnose complex fault conditions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility to work long hours under pressure during system outages.
Native Chinese speaking is preferable
