Team Profile :

The role is a dynamic role within the Institutional Client Service (ICS) Equity Team in Hong Kong, focusing on the growing demands of China Stock Connect Market.

The responsible individual will be focused on on-boarding and trade processing of China Stock Connect market. The team always seek to respond rapidly to client's needs and developments within the industry which requires high performance from the individuals in the team.

Primary Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following :

  • Onboarding, trade allocations, confirmations, monitoring unmatched trades and taking prompt action for a timely settlement for China Stock Connect Market.
  • Point of contact with various queries with external clients and internal clients (including Risk, Sales traders, compliance)
  • Reviewing and monitoring risk reports and cleaning up exception items; static data maintenance
  • Building strong client relationship through day-to-day processing and contacts; ability to understand client's requirements and communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to use tools and technology to improve workflow, meet internal benchmarks and those set by clients.
  • Ensuring procedures are accurate, relevant and adhered to.
  • Identification and timely escalation of risk items to management.
