The Office of Knowledge Transfer (OKT) at the University is seeking an appointee for the position of Assistant Officer. The appointee will be responsible for digital transformation and general office administration.
Reporting to the Associate Vice-President for Knowledge Transfer (AVP-KT), the appointee will have the following major responsibilities :
a good team player with the ability to work independently and flexibly; attentive to details, forward-looking and good at multi-tasking.
They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with high proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Knowledge in the use of online tools and MS Office applications is required. (Duration : 1 year)
