Oversee and develop integrated marketing communications initiatives to support promotion of AIA & AIAPA recruitment strategies for Hong Kong and Macau market
Roles and Responsibilities :
Formula overall strategic plans by
Be a champion of PAD assigned business initiatives and KPIs, advocate and implement corporate business initiatives by embedding those values into business strategies
Explore opportunities by using data analytics together with market and business trend; generates idea and insight, develop content strategy focusing on targeted segment to facilitate recruitment / leader active / NA active activities.
Formulate strategic plan to drive top-down business budget
Initiate program and scheme to drive result effectively; prepare business proposal with business target; estimate cost & evaluate business impact
Agency engagement and communications
Formulate execution plan for scheme / program, coordinate with related counter-parties for platform readiness, Identify necessary resource, information, agreement, tool, package etc.
orchestrate resources and ensure campaigns deliver within set timeline.
Act as campaign lead to drive core stakeholder involvement, including cross department coordination and agency engagement
Formulate comprehensive communication and marketing strategy from value proposition to segmented marketing to incorporate with overall PAD strategies including communication plan ranged from internal, agency to below & above the line promotion, Digital or social media marketing and direct marketing, focusing on PAD
Work together with Director of Recruitment & ABDD Zone for agency promotion and proactively engagement with DD and agency leaders.
Collect feedback and study trend on customer behaviour & preference, evaluate competitor campaign and program. Track and evaluate campaign effectiveness ride on data analytics
Ensure marketing initiatives in line with key business focuses and complied with regulatory, compliance and risk requirements
Others :
Prepare regular management report; business plan progress update 7 business forecast
Manage budget to maximize the ROI derived from campaigns
Coaching & manage the Support team
Minimum Job Requirements :
Degree holder, preferably major in Business Management / Marketing / Finance / Economics / related field
8 years or above experienced in managing sales team is preferable
People Management, effective time management, negotiation and influencing skills
Conversant in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good analytical skills and attentive to details
Good problem solving, organizing, time management as well as interpersonal and communication skills
An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue for excellence
