Senior System Support Coordinator
This role is to provide systems support, troubleshooting and training for VF supply chain management business systems to internal and external users.
This coordinator will be primarily responsible for owning and closing issues raised by internal brand sourcing teams across geographies including external factories and vendors for VF Asia.
SAP 6.5 (acadia) / REVA / FMS (Genesis) system first level support.Responsible for developing and updating Standard Operating Process Documents for new support scenarios.
Conducting training on support SOP for other team members.PSE / MDM / Integration system Support.NGC Purchase Order Management System tech Support including : Shipment ID related troubleshooting with FactoriesTroubleshooting ASN Extract / Label / Carton issues.
Sync issues between JBA / ACADIA / REVA and NGC.Troubleshooting label data synch with Avery DennisonWork with Wipro for Mass Updates / corrections based on business request.
Responsible for supporting multiple brand sourcing teams & their Vendors.Create, manage and close Support tickets within agreed SLA.
Support Asia Vendors / Factories in NGC label software installation / usage.Conduct NGC Training for internal and external users as required.
Support NGC based reporting requirements from business.Maintain / Update SOP for standard issues. Add exceptions as they happen.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fieldEquivalent years of experience in a substantially similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree to be determined by the nature of the specific job and the hiring manager’s criteriaOne year of related experience preferredStrong written and oral communication skills
