Our client is a top tier bank that is currently hiring for VP, Syndicated Finance professional to help their business in Hong Kong

Your new role

Provide tailored and customised solutions in relation to loan syndication financing for corporate and institutions clients

Conduct syndication loan origination and distribution on primary basis

Prepare pitching materials, financing or advisory proposals;

Liaise with lawyers on closing and execution of loan transactions

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 5 years of experience in syndicated / structured finance within a sizable corporate bank

Experience in deal origination and execution

Bachelors Degree

Strong financial analysis skills and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and Chinese is a must
