We are looking for high caliber candidates to join GroupM and develop his / her career with our reputable media agencies -

Mindshare, Mediacom and Wavemaker , or specialized team at GroupM or programmatic team at Xaxis . Candidates will be given a 9 months training to equip with all essential knowledge and skills from wider perspectives, which are fundamental to meet the challenges of the vibrant media industry.

Candidates who successfully complete the program will be offered a permanent position at one of our agencies / teams which would best match with their talents and career goals.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to : Business Unit Director

  • What your day job looks like at GroupM :

  • Support supervisor and manager on key functions include but not limited to Media Planning, Buying and Trafficking
  • Participate in monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of different media channels
  • Manage and use various research, advertising, tracking and trafficking tools given on various post-campaign reports
  • Identify appropriate media strategy and tactic, with the guidance from supervisor and manager
  • Minimum qualifications :

  • Degree in any discipline, major in Marketing information management, business, mathematics would have an advantage.
  • Must be fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Fluent Mandarin will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
