This is how we shape a better world. Currently we are looking for a capable and independent individual for the following position as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for full spectrum of campus recruitment (including graduate and internship), onboarding and leave management
  • Involve in implementation and development of HRIS projects relating to automation and digitalization for Human Resources functions
  • Administer and maintain recruitment and employee databases to ensure data accuracy
  • Prepare various reports and data analysis for management review
  • Keep abreast of latest recruitment channels and provide recommendations to cope with business needs
  • Perform ad hoc duties as and when required
  • Qualifications & Experience required :

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant working experiences in fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, meticulous along with good analytical thinking
  • Good problem-solving, organizational and supervisory skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
