Reporting to Head of People Development & Branch Management, Branch Management, you will coordinate and monitor the execution and delivery of various sales and service programs, generate regular reports on progress update, coordinate internal and external training programs and maintain training records, provide general administrative support to ensure the smoothness of team operation.

Main Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative and operational support on launches of sales and services enhancement initiatives for branches;
  • Regular update and analysis of crucial reports of sales and service enhancement initiatives;
  • Liaise with internal / external training partners on planning and delivery of sales & servicing training programs, as well as maintenance of corresponding training and certification records;
  • Liaise with other departments in order to establish and maintain seamless support in relation to the sales campaign or promotional activities and follow through the implementation and evaluation.
  • Provide support on preparation of regular reports for senior management review.
  • Provide support to ad hoc projects or people engagement programs when required.
  • Incumbent Requirements :

  • Tertiary Education or Degree holder with minimum 3 years of experience in sales support of branch banking.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholders’ engagement
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Branch Management.
