Lead digital customer onboarding products design, customer journey and system workflow
Plan and execute pilots and proof of concept on innovative customer onboarding flow and new initiatives
Involve in digital related enhancements and be the champion of small to medium scale projects & initiatives
Support day to day project activities, be the lead to transform and automat the BAU processes
Assist on reporting, demonstration, and presentation for team
Assist on market analysis, gather market intel and information, capabilities and customer digital usage
On-going liaison with internal teams to monitor, maintain and ensure the service quality and system stability of launched products and services
Lead and coordinate incident management and communication to impacted customers
Our Ideal Candidate
Bachelor Degree or higher qualification
5 years or above working experience in the digital related organization
Self-driven individual with strong problem solving and execution skills
Team player ability to work with colleagues from various internal departments
Collaborative and "can do" attitude
