Position Summary
This role is a product marketing role that assists Product Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Director on assigned categories / scopes (skincare, makeup, fragrance, promotion, specialty-multi channel strategies).
This role would connect markets, Global and different functions to support the development of a strong product marketing strategies, product innovations, product marketing calendar and programs with the aim to drive long term brand health and brand growth.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Product Marketing :
Prepare agency brief and collaborate closely with agencies to develop and deliver creative assets timely.
Conduct post-launch analysis (quantitative and qualitative) and translate insights and learning into strategies / actions
Monitor market forecast for major programs to ensure alignment with business priorities.
Work closely with demand planning and supply planning team to support smooth logistics and product supply for affiliates
Refine story telling at point of sales through collaboration with Consumer Marketing and Retail Design Center
Formulate product strategies that effectively drive trial and repeat with different retailers and consumers
Promotion :
Formulate and align promotion strategies and offers with Global and markets
Drive continuous improvement and transformation of work process to improve effectiveness
Elevate consumer experience and engagement with promotions
Specialty-Multi Channel (SMC) :
Business Analysis and Reporting
Prepare regular sales and market share report
Support other brand specific ad hoc tasks
Preparing presentations
A&P planning and monitoring
Qualifications
Skills & Requirements :
University Degree, preferably in Business / Marketing
Minimum of 4 years working experience, with 3 years in a similar capacity.Preferably in the cosmetics industry or luxury retail experience orFMCG industry
