Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the Key Business Units in the Club.
You will :
assist the Technical Services Manager on our Energy and Building Control Team to plan, design and implement energy / carbon management measures and conservation projects
monitor building energy usage, analyze trends, monitor and plan for any sustainability measures
prepare regular facilities management and energy reports
support budgeting, forecast and validation of energy consumption
coordinate with internal and external parties to identify energy conservation measures
provide support to strategy projects
maintain and expand the energy management software and metering system
support annual planning activities such as asset reviews, budgeting and capital project recommendations
You should have :
a degree in Building Services Engineering, Energy Science or other relevant engineering discipline
at least 5 years relevant experience in energy management and air-conditioning control; solid experience in managing energy conservation projects is highly preferable
experience in implementing the Building Energy Codes; experience on BEAM Plus and LEED certifications would be an advantage
valid certification of Construction Industry Safety Training Certification
good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
familiar with MS Office applications
Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.
Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
