Head of E-commerce

  • Responsible for overall business management of HBX globally, including establish short-term and long-term objectives, achieving business objectives, business development.
  • Lead different department heads to achieve company goals collaboratively and oversee all aspects HBX including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, customer service, products, technologies, warehouse and logistics.
  • Generate cutting-edge ideas for the purpose of brining HBX forward by meeting both strategic goals and financial milestones;
  • translate strategic ideas into workable plans and timelines to achieve growth and other company’s business objectives.

  • Foster company-wide business relationships and clearly communicate the vision of HBX throughout the organization in order to gain support and endorsement for high-level strategies, while translating those strategies to internal and external teams.
  • Constantly maintain an up-to-date knowledge of e-commerce, global fashion landscape, competitors and trends, in order to create HBX roadmaps to meet the current and future needs of the business.
  • Engage in financial management including P&L of HBX and individual departments, sales, budget, cost and margin control.
  • Provide advices and solutions to optimise the financial performance of HBX.

  • Act as the first point of contact of HBX on both internally and externally. Work closely with CEO, Finance Department and all other company’s stakeholders;
  • build a solid relationship with external vendors and raise the market awareness of HBX on a global level.

  • Build a cohesive team of HBX and oversee all personnel management including, but not limited to, coaching, mentoring, recruitment, staff engagement, performance evaluation and recognition.
  • Requirements :

  • 10+ years of experience in retail, e-commerce; preferably with fashion or lifestyle products.
  • Solid management experience in sizeable team with diverse functional departments.
  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines; MBA is a bonus.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a keen sense for business opportunities and proven success in business development and strategies development.
  • Commercially sound with a good understanding of accounting, number sensitive with analytical skills.
  • Flawless presentation with a strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to interact internally and externally.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written communication.
  • Extensive knowledge of current international fashion trends and products, and the understanding of street culture and HYPEBEAST / HBX background.
