Job Description

  • Collaborate closely with subject matter experts across business units to paint the big picture of client services roadmap, formulate future operating models and translate the long-term goals into actionable items
  • Proactively gather requirements from a broad array of external and internal business users and IT professionals, and document the required specifications and end-to-end user journeys for the new platforms
  • Review the specifications delivered by technology partners to ensure compliance to the requirements of the business.
  • Coordinate and participate in project updates, brainstorming and design sessions as needed
  • Form partnerships across disciplines, business users and stakeholders to seek input, maintain alignment, prioritise improvements and encourage knowledge and information sharing to boost adoption and productivity and drive meaningful outcomes
  • Keep abreast of latest industry trends and best practices in design and user experience domains to identify new opportunities and innovative ideas for improving our products and processes
  • Apply and promote design thinking, change management and agile / scrum practices in day-to-day management of projects
  • Evaluate and present solutions to business colleagues and senior management
  • Take ownership of project plans and budgets
  • Requirements :

  • University degree or above.
  • 7+ years working experience in consulting, digital transformation or other relevant roles
  • Experience in client relationship management tool (e.g. Salesforce), IVRS system, agile methodologies and design thinking is a plus
  • Analytical thinker as well as solution provider with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to think outside-the-box and provide innovative and strategic perspectives
  • Proficient in storytelling and creating clear presentations
  • Fluent written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English and Cantonese / Mandarin
  • Strong experience with operations of an exchange and / or financial institution. Hands on experience in cloud services is an advantage
  • Skills

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be able to absorb, analyse, break down and communicate complex workflows and interactions
  • Proven ability to map and communicate as-is’ and ’to-be’ business and technical processes, e.g. using swim lane, data flow and sequence diagrams
  • Solid competence in eliciting and documenting requirements, with experience in traceable documentation techniques using tools such as Jira and Confluence
  • Confident stakeholder management to handle challenging conversations and lead productive collaboration between diverse points of view in a team setting
  • Great self-organisation, task prioritisation and attention to detail
