The job incumbent will be responsible to assist the business line department in providing administrative support in relation to the employee benefits schemes of our clients. Duties include :
Reporting member changes of client’s employee benefits schemes to the underwriters including but not limited to Group Medical, Group Life and Retirement Schemes
Handling clients enquiries on member’s record
Providing professional customer service & relationship building
Mentoring the enrolment team member's day to day delivery of client services, ensuring quality of services meet client agreed SLAs
Monitoring the administrative process to ensure the accuracy and efficiency
Form 7 / DSE or above with at least 1-2 years working experience in the insurance field; of which in Employee Benefits is highly preferable
Holder of FLMI or LOMA preferred or passed in IIQE Papers
Well-organized and detail-minded
Good organization skills and effective interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Good command of computer skills including MS Office (Word, Excel)
