The role sits within the Digital, Innovation and Payment team in the Consumer Banking Group.
Role & Responsibilities :
Support projects and initiatives related to digital onboarding and engagement
Work with regional team and local stakeholders on digital banking strategy, projects and budgets
Initiate marketing campaign and prepare customer communications
Work with Cards, Technology and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives
Monitor competitor activities and respond to market changes
Keep abreast of industry and regulatory developments to ensure alignment of business strategy
Market sizing, data analytics and customer insights to develop relevant propositions
University degree in Business / Marketing
At least 7 years experience
Deposits and Investment Product knowledge
Product development, marketing, digital acquisition experience preferably in banking field
Excellent interpersonal and project management skills, familiar with agile approach is preferred
Project and budget management skills
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Strong business and marketing sense
Sound knowledge on banking products
Solid communication skills in English and Chinese
