And we need your help to get us there!As Senior Content and Communications Executive, you will be part of the Global Marketing Communications team and be responsible for delivering digital content and PR initiatives for all external communication channels globally, and ensure that all content created is aligned with Lalamove’s key messages, tone and voice.
What you'll do :
Support global communications and content creation effort
Develop content framework and content calendar
Oversee all content workflows, particularly in digital content, for instance our website, social media, app store, including content toolkits, frequent audits, updates & planning
Website management - Liaise with various internal teams across global disciplines and external vendor to ensure timely updates and maintenance
Daily liaison with local content & PR team, e.g. provide guidelines and toolkits, review press materials, assist in issue management, manage internal reporting and measurement, to ensure ensure communications consistency across the assigned markets
Ensure accurate measurement and reporting of PR and content efforts to demonstrate how the effort ties back to the overall business and marketing goals
What you'll need :
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business
Minimum 5 years of experience in public relations, content development and / or related fields, preferably with both APAC regional and Hong Kong experiences.
Corporate communications is a plus
Experience in the Technology, Start-Up or Logistics industries will be an advantage
Strong network of media in Hong Kong is a must. Network in APAC is a plus
Candidate with experience working in a Public Relations or Marketing Communications agency will be considered
Experience using a variety of MarTech including Hubspot and Google Analytics
Strong communicator with exceptional attention to detail, excellent written and verbal in English and Chinese
Team-player who is highly motivated, proactive and able to fit in a diversified and dynamic working environment
