The Department

The Corporate Planning is responsible for defining the extent, depth, and outlay of the Club’s strategy and business plan, taking responsibility for quality and content of the strategy development process, managing Club’s external and internal business intelligence, supporting divisional strategic business planning activities, facilitating governance on strategic projects, consolidating and synthesizing divisional strategies and business models, supporting divisional adaptation / specification of annual objectives and action plans, conducting soundness checks to ensure business and functional targets are aligned with overall strategy and management expectations, and coordinating and facilitating performance measurement process.

You will :

  • develop data analytics to deliver business case analysis, customer and product analysis, and performance tracking in order to help the business grow further
  • deliver revenue projections, including quantitative modelling, and ensure key stakeholders understanding key business related trends and insights developed
  • drive continual improvement in management data flow, data quality and analytic tools / framework for Club level information development
  • manage the production of management reports to facilitate the Club’s business decision making processes
  • assist in preparation of presentation materials to senior management to facilitate decision making process
  • You should have :

  • university degree in business, finance, mathematics, actuarial science, statistics or other related disciplines
  • minimum of 5 years’ experience in business case development, customers analytics, data mining and / or related fields
  • deep interest in analyzing data and strong computer knowledge, experience in working with large data sets with complex entity-
  • relationship structures

  • hands on experience and strong knowledge of data visualization tools (VA / VS / Tableau), quantitative analytical / modelling techniques, MS Office, EssBase, SAS and SQL
  • experience in ETL (Data Extract, Transformation & Loading), BI reporting / presentation design, R / Python is a plus
  • management accounting experience preferred
  • Terms of Employment

    The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate.

    Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
