  • We are currently seeking a Mobility Specialist located in our Hong Kong office. This exciting opportunity is in a high growth environment where you will utilize your significant experience to manage international and domestic relocation service delivery for corporate clients.

    Responsibilities :

  • Managing household goods shipments and family services for corporate transferees
  • Providing timely updates to transferees and clients to keep them abreast of issues and solutions
  • Managing updates to the Aires operating system by documenting correspondence and communication
  • Ensuring accurate and expedient billing to clients
  • Coordinating ongoing communication between transferees, the client and Aires staff
  • Making timely decisions to provide a seamless relocation
  • Qualifications :

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum one year customer service experience, in a fast-paced and high volume environment, giving top priority to customer satisfaction
  • Comfortable with the use of Mandarin and Cantonese language in business spoken form
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing tasks
  • Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational skills
  • Understands accountability level, including responsibility to deliver results
  • Great computer skills to master our internal systems; experience with MS Office
