Responsibilities :

  • Support sales force in achieving insurance sales targets
  • Provide efficient sales admin supports with high level of accuracy
  • Handle daily enquiries and requests from agent / broker / customer under preset turnaround time
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and report preparation as required
  • Lead temp staff in providing solid admin support to sales staff
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree plus professional insurance qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experiences, preferably in general insurance industry
  • Familiar with motor application and quotation process
  • Well-organized, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Customer-oriented and self-motivated
  • PC proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English both written and conversational
  • Qualification in Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination (IIQE) is required
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer, Personal Lines
