Job Responsibilities :
To supervise outsourced technicians and maintenance contractors in carrying out day-to-day operation and preventive / corrective maintenance to ensure safe, reliable and energy-efficient operation of the data center and office premises
To supervise life cycle replacement, improvement, alterations and additions works to ensure that they could be completed on time, within budget and with good quality
To assist in procurement management, vendor management, change management, work orders management and inventory control for all technical related works as well as implementation of energy efficient initiatives
To conduct regular meetings with internal users and external vendors, attend emergency calls outside office hours, and supervise contractors' work during weekends and holidays
Shift duty and 24-hour on-call are required
Job Requirements :
Degree or higher diploma / certificate in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
5 years solid experience in data center operator or specialist E&M contractor, possessing practical techniques in the installation, operation, maintenance and repairing of chiller plant, computer room air-conditioner (CRAC), building management system (BMS) and critical electrical system including uninterruptible power supply (UPS), static transfer switch (STS) & power distribution unit (PDU)
Registered Electrical Worker - Grade A or above
Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Candidates with less academic qualification but more practical experience will be also considered
