This position is open for our Rail System group and will work on Rail Operations and Maintenance related deliverables and design / consultancy for rail projects.
Lead production of O&M deliverables, e.g. operation plan, maintenance plan, O&M organization, operating / concession agreement, etc including coordination and liaison with external parties
Provide support for Railway Systems Engineering consultancy in related fields such as Asset Management, , sub-system design reviews, RAMS
Manage the production of drawings, plans, reports and other deliverables
Support in writing proposals for bids associated with Rail Operations and Maintenance, and Asset Management
Develop others through providing guidance, training and feedback
Qualifications and Experiences required :
Degree in Engineering / Rail Transport / Systems Engineering or related discipline
At least 8 years domain expertise and currently in a senior specialist rail operations and maintenance role
Experience on interfacing with greenfield and brownfield engineering works in an operating railway environment and working on major railway systems for owners / operators, regulators or consultants across East Asia or South East Asia regions
With experience in acting 3rd party audits, ISA, IV&V roles
Experience in providing input managing rail operations and maintenance activities, preferably within a set up or process / organisational change environment
Good knowledge and practical experience in the development of operations scenarios, asset maintainability reviews, railway rule books
Familiar with Engineering Safety Management (The Yellow Book / iESM)
Highly motivated, able to work independently and under pressure, and willing to take on new challenges
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Asian languages is highly preferred especially Putonghua
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Project Engineer.
