Client Accounting Associate / Assistant x 2

There exists 2 Accounting Assistant roles in our Corporate team which would suit recent graduates with 1 years' work experience looking to gain greater exposure for a Global financial services firm.

These will be 3 month contract roles to cover maternity leave initially.


  • Assist to prepare book-keeping and a full set of accounting
  • Assist Payroll processing and MPF administration
  • Assist Treasury functions
  • Manage the local tax filing on a timely basis
  • Deal with and liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretary and local government authorities
  • Handle other ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting with 1 years' relevant accounting experience (may include full-time internship experience)
  • Student member of professional associations advantageous
  • Proficient in MS office, MYOB, Quickbook accounting software
  • Proficient fluency in written and oral English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Detailed-minded
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • A good team player with strong communications skills
  • Immediately available highly preferred
