Works on ServiceNow ticketing system and provides 2nd tier ticket resolution services to local employees.
Works with global technical team to provide IT infrastructure supports to local data center, telephony, network, servers, storage and other related IT systems.
Coordinates with IT vendors to provide needed procurement, maintenance and routine checks for regional IT systems.
Coordinates with global project team to deliver IT project into regional areas.
Works with local admin and finance team to carry out routine IT asset management.
Travel to other Microchip office locations will be required occasionally.
Degree graduates in Computer Science, Engineering or related IT disciplines.
2+ years experiences in supporting Windows, Mac and Linux desktop environment.
2+ years hands on experiences in supporting Windows servers, VMware and Cisco networking systems.
Experiences in Linux server administrations are preferable.
Experiences in supporting sizable computing environment are preferable.
Able to quickly assimilate knowledge and implement it in a fast pace environment
Fluent English and Mandarin required.
