Facilitate agency channel to conduct IFP business in all aspect . Support Company key intiatives to drive IFP business and conduct product and admin training to agency channel
Effectively conduct training and morning meeting to support agency to conduct IFP business
Support Company key initiatives to drive IFP business.
Proactive to handle agency enquiry regarding IFP related matters.
Must be team player with a view of cusotmer first ( Agency force).
Acting as a key channel to receive agency feedback for improvment
Experience & Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, education or equivalent
Minimum 8 years’ working experience, at least five years with insurance- experience in the life insurance industry
Front-line sales, product, underwriting or customer services experience preferred
Training / public presentation experience preferred
Knowledge / Skills :
Insurance Product knowledge and willingness to learn new products and procedures
Good presentation, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Public speech skills are preferred
Customer focus and result-oriented
A good team player while working independently
Good command of Chinese and English, both spoken and written
Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
