Finance Systems Support AnalystLocation : Hong KongThis position will take a technical role in our ongoing operation and support of the Oracle ERP Cloud and reports to a Specialist / Manager in the IT team.
The Finance System Support will assist in technical configuration and troubleshooting of the existing systems, and may participate in system enhancement and rollout of new sites.
Key ResponsibilitiesAct as an internal Oracle functional consultant for core financial modules (AR, AP, GL, Fixed Assets etc.
Handle incident tickets according to ITIL Incident Management processes.Work with Crown internal Service Desk team and Oracle consultants in providing support services.
Handle Oracle related technical tasks such as configuration, housekeeping works, data integration with external systems, etc.
Work closely with the project manager and finance leadership to drive adoption of the new system throughout the GroupAssist in enhancement work of the ERP system and review / implementation of other ERP modules in Oracle Cloud.
Follow Crown’s policies and standards and correctly utilize all tools.Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.Professional Skills & QualificationsTrack record in Oracle EBS or ERP Cloud with at least one end-
to-end project implementation lifecycle.Proven hands-on experience in iProcurement, Inventory and Financial modules for multiple organizations in the Oracle ERP structure.
University degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business or similar.3-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.Polite, clear and concise communication.
Adaptive to a global collaborative team environment.Willingness to work outside normal hours as required.Strong customer service focus.
All Crown staffs are your customers.Certification in finance, ERP or Oracle would be an advantage.General technical or accounting knowledge would also be an advantage.
