Responsibilities

  • Provide human resources and office administrative support to the company as well as coordinating with internal and extemal parties
  • Assist recruitment, training and employee relation duties
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and ad hoc reports as required
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 2 years human resources and office administrative experience preferably gained from sizable company
  • Hands-on experience in recruitment and leave management
  • Hardworking, organized, meticulous, and independent with good communication skills
  • Good command of both English and Chinese(including Putonghua)
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Powerpoint and Excel
