Main Responsibilities
Formulate and implement new mobile and online initiatives with the aim to deliver best-in-class product selection, features and user experience
Manage mobile and online channel projects with multiple stakeholders from initiation to post-implementation
Motivate and provide guidance to the team
Liaise with management and different stakeholders in the bank on business priorities, resources and channel development budget
Lead quality assurance process for mobile and online channel projects on planning, resources and execution management
Coordinate internal business stakeholders and external vendors on new product and service launch
Identify business potential that could uplift channel capability and sales momentum
Ensure timely and quality project deliverables
Ensure deliverables are comply with regulatory requirements and related risks are properly mitigated
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology or other related disciplines
Over 10 years' experience on online and / or mobile channel management in sizable multi-national financial institutions
Good business acumen with sound knowledge of banking, card / loan and investment products
Keen interest in new mobile technologies and trends
Strong leadership and project management skills, able to motivate others to strike for excellence
Exceptional people and communication skills
Self-motivated, result oriented, meticulous and able to work under pressure
