The Location : Hong Kong

The Team / The Business : You will be working with a global company, with the support of highly collaborative and supportive colleagues in delivering outstanding services to our clients, together with the project teams to lead the development of workplace strategy and Occupancy Planning.

This includes the coordination and undertaking of strategic data gathering exercise of the physical, cultural and technological aspects of a working environment, the analysis and the presentation of these results.

What you will be working on :

  • Be the Key point of contact for clients.
  • Manage the space planning portfolio and provide recommendation.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders and project teams, to translate the information gathered into a meaningful concept, space budget and ultimate client brief that aligns with business drivers and supports the different workstyles of the organization.
  • Maintain knowledge of current and future space needs and understanding of the business direction and changing workplace needs.
  • Apply knowledge to forecast space requirements based on verified existing space information, forecasted space supply / demand and growth projections.
  • Provide metrics around current and future space needs.

  • Review CAD drawings, updates, and / or changes. Documents findings, conclusions and communicates recommendations based on data analysis and supply / demand assessment.
  • Provide metrics, collect, organizes and analyzes data physical related space needs to the Bank.
  • You are someone with :

  • Over 5 years of experience in workplace design project.
  • Experience in scoping, pricing, pitching, winning, and delivering projects
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development experience
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and confidently influence others, including executive leadership, towards a common vision
  • Strong understanding of current best practices and trends in the workplace and other architecture and design fields.
  • Clear understanding of best practice and regulatory requirements around building occupancy.
  • Able to perform data analysis and create tailored reports in regard to space and occupancy planning.
  • Strong quantitative / analytical skills and attention to detail, comfortable in translating large data sets into compelling findings
  • Practical hands-on experience of profiling a business and developing a workplace strategy aligned to business need
  • Softer skills relating to gaining business buy in / stakeholder management, relationship building, confident to lead client conversations, sell the workplace proposition and deal with resistance around the proposed change
