Responsibilities
Responsible for product design of private equity funds, fund issuance and operation management, performing asset allocation and portfolio management for the products under management, tracking evaluation and analysis and research, and responsible for the performance of fund investment
Based on policies, macro economic, and market conditions, pay attention to fundamental analysis, analyze the market trends of Hong Kong stocks and American stocks.
Have a deep understanding of the business model of the covered industries and companies, and the competitive pattern of core driving factors, and formulate corresponding investment strategies
Strictly abide by the policies related to private placement management and the risk control management requirements of the company.
Regularly submit product operation reports and investment plans, and timely eliminate various risks based on risk control opinions
Write industry research reports, company research reports and investment suggestions, mainly covering Hong Kong and American listed companies.
The main industries are banking, technology, Internet and healthcare. Candidates with investment experience in the primary and secondary markets are preferred
Responsible for product promotion, road show, customer service and other work, also assisting in promoting fundraising work
Participate in other tasks assigned by the company
Job Qualifications
Master degree or above, preferably in economics and finance or engineering background
5 years or more of experience in the asset management fund industry. Good at investment research and analysis of Hong Kong stocks and American stocks, holder of No.
4 and 9 license. licensed and independently managed fund products filed by the association. Familiar with the whole process of fund raising investment management and withdrawal, and have good verifiable performance.
Experience in fundraising is preferred
Have an in-depth understanding of the middle background operation, risk control and investment process of the fund. Familiar with the industry operation process and administrative regulations.
Good financial knowledge, strong insight into the market, have certain strategic thinking and planning ability, able to deal with complex situations
Good teamwork and communication skills, strong logical thinking and writing skills. Good English skills and able to communicate with overseas organizations. Fluent in Mandarin
Good professional ethics, strong team spirit, high sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure
