The Cash ManagementTeam is a senior operational team head responsible for accurate and timely funding projections and requirements for our broker / dealer entities across Asia Pacific.
The overall objective is to perform daily operational tasks for our Cash Management team, consisting of multiple teams, across Finance, Treasury,Operations and Markets businessperforming related tasks.
Responsibilities :
Senior member of Cash Management team responsible for managing, monitoring and forecasting cash flow projections.
Work with Treasury and Risk to anticipate needs and facilitate opportunities with supporting firm funding.
Execute controls for all cash movements and cash usage and coordinate activities with auditing functions.
Play a significant role in assisting department head in developing and coordinatingdata processing systems as they relate to both the Cash Management and Treasury teams.
Requires good analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex material from multiple projects
Supervising daily performance of the Cash Management processes to satisfactory completion of the daily operational cycle
Committed to process improvement, client service, control, and cost reduction and identifies any opportunity to implement process improvements, service enhancements, or technology enhancements.
Applies a solid knowledge of the business to develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs
Executing daily tasks adhering toapplicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications :
Minimum 5 years of experience
Roles at this level require significant industry experience
Individuals are expected to be subject matter experts in multiple or specific skill sets, business areas or products
People Managers are expected to demonstrate effective supervision of junior staff
