Since it was founded in 1977, the industrial site in Le Vaudreuil (Eure) has been developing formulas and packaging, producing Hermès Fragrance and Beauty perfumes and associated scented products, and managing all the logistics and supply chain steps through to delivery at our clients' premises by a logistics service provider (14,000 points of sale throughout the world).
Approximately 240 employees currently work at the site.
The establishment in Pantin (Seine-Saint-Denis) employs approximately 180 employees (including regional managers and the sales teams of the personalised spaces) : collection development, communication, international management and operational development, visual merchandising, merchandising, sales drive, international training, operations, e-commerce, finance, IT, HR, etc.
Currently, approximately 100 employees work abroad, in : Hong Kong, Shanghai, Dubai, Miami, Toronto, Belgium, the Netherlands, Madrid and London.

Operational implementation of e-commerce e-retail projects
Monitor continuously retail websites or platforms for potential opening in Asia
Actively participate in the preparation related to project’s due diligence, its understanding and comprehensive presentation of each project to the HQ team
Define the project’ strategy once it has been validated by HQ Team and ensure the negotiation of the project in tandem with the Area Manager
Ensure step-by-step sharing of the project’s advancement with the HQ team
Ensure the retailer understands the guidelines and the work process
Prepare the brief for the HQ team to receive relevant creative assets and integrate all possible customer journeys options
Follow online uploading and amendment before final validation by HQ
Make each e-retail project a Hermès PB door in its own right on par versus a physical flagship
Update, track, optimize, and analyze existing e-commerce sites
Ensure brand space and product listings are updated based on new launches and the Trade / Communication Plan
Weekly store checks to identify technical problems and potential product disruptions, but also new growth opportunities
Continuously optimize the visibility of Hermès PB within each site at all levels : product offering, navigation, search, e-merchandising, cross-selling, editorial, etc
Analyze sales and animation reports at the door, as well as the P&L by door - performance analysis
Ensure an animation plan by existing e-commerce site
Build a consistent e-commerce animation plan and the best digital investment at the door
Build a consistent sampling and GWP e-commerce plan for Asia
Validate animation plans and sampling plans with the HQ team and provide clear briefs and reporting of each activation
Challenge animation and content guidelines based on benchmarks
Assist sales teams in their presentations to subsidiaries and e-commerce forecasts, and ensure compliance with the product launch schedule
Ensure a site-by-site sampling plan and optimal level of service
Prepare biannual Podium meetings
Monitoring the local SEA activity, supporting store teams if necessary
Coordinating operations, reporting and ensuring the rechallenging of animation plans between the HQ and local teams
Ensure a review of key periods and innovations to challenge the practices
Build a strategy based on sales analysis vs. activations; co-build an offer adapted to these ecosystems in partnership with the HQ
Build a digital strategy for all physical doors including those that do not have e-commerce yet in cooperation with local marketing teams / area managers
Track operations, challenge practices with the HQ, to continuously keep looking for the specificities of each market
Implement metrics to analyze the performance of these initiatives
Profil du candidat
Minimum 8-10 years working experience in a Digital or Ecommerce Department
University Degree, preferably in marketing, advertising, media studies or business
Strong ability to manage time and multiple projects, to develop an entrepreneurial spirit
Passion for function, user behavior, competitive landscape Understanding of digital technologies with strong adaptability into a dynamic environment
Excellent command of Excel computer program and understanding of digital analytical tools like Cognos Analytics
Significance experience in Asia (particularly China) in luxury or cosmetic industry with regional exposure
English and Mandarin languages are mandatory / French is a plus.
