Duties
Reporting to the Director (Alumni Relations Office), the appointee will play a key role in strengthening alumni relations and raising funds for the University from alumni and alumni bodies locally and non-locally.
S / he will be required to take a proactive approach to develop alumni relations cum fundraising strategies, identify and cultivate alumni supporters and prospects, solicit donations and lead related activities.
S / he also needs to foster partnerships with alumni leaders and stakeholders through strategic communication, research, data mining, and programmes and events aligning with the University's strategic development, and to support the institutional projects with stakeholders.
The appointee will be required to work outside office hours and travel outside Hong Kong occasionally on a need basis.
Requirements
Candidates holding a Bachelor's degree with not less than 10 years’ relevant experience may be considered for appointment as Alumni Relations Manager.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.
