What you will do
Organize workshops, department meetings, company events, trainings
Support travel management for staffs of the departments
Onboarding support to new colleagues within R&D
Administration of staff attention / location overview business trip, vacation
Office supply and order management
Shipment and logistics support
Support Office 5s execution
Provide administrative / secretarial support
Support department document handling and approval arrangement
What you will need
Diploma or above in Business study
Minimum 4 years solid experience in office administrative support
Reliable and detailed minded
Proficient in MS Office, especially in Outlook and Excel
Good organizing skills and flexible to deal with changing priorities
Team player and service-oriented mindset
Hands-on mentality and capability to think out of the box
Have experience on Team building activities.
Fluent in English (verbal and writing), Cantonese and Mandarin
