Identifying qualifying and quantifying all opportunities and leading the channel sales effort.
Manages all aspects of the sales cycle.
Recruit, manages and develops relationships with channel partners at all levels.
End-user visits and relationship development.
Delivers on-set objectives to achieve revenue and growth targets
Presentation of solutions and proposals to channel partners.
Involved in communication with channel partners and end-users on product changes, product upgrades, and product innovations.
Provides feedback and marketing intelligence to product team to ensure company’s products remain competitive in the market.
Drive demand generation through appropriate channel and marketing support mechanisms.
Coordinate with SE regarding technical requirements for specific opportunities.
Participate and represent the company at appropriate conferences and trade shows.

Provides accurate and reliable sales forecast to the Sales Director.
Provides weekly reports on sales activities.
Report on demand generation activities.

Qualification Requirements :
University degree in MIS, Computing or Marketing orsimilar subject.
5+ years of sales experience in selling IT solutions to enterprise.
At least 3 years regional channel sales experience.
Proven track record in selling IT solutions and growingrevenue.
Ability to develop and enhance channel partner relationshipat all levels, and implement channel salesplans.
Ability to communicate with management of end-user forsales and business relationship building.
Good presentation skill, capable to articulate technicalproposals to both channel partners and end-users.
Ability to translate product strategy into executable channelsales plan.
Strong on pipeline building as well as the ability tofollow through and manage the entire sales cycle.
Ability to generate accurate and realistic forecasts.
Pro-active team player.
Capable of working independently under sales objectivesassigned by regional sales director.
Good and interpersonal skills with self-motivatedpersonality.
Willing to takechallengingwork.
Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
